Thinking about adding an outdoor shower or bath? Exposed copper pipe setups are practical, durable, and can look seriously sharp. TM Pro Plumbing offers everything from a clean functional install through to a full premium all-copper system. Here’s a breakdown of your options.

Option 1

Budget

The cheapest setup uses a bath spout with a built-in diverter and shower kit, available off the shelf at Bunnings. An indoor shower mixer with a brass tee makes a simple diverter — note the mixer front is chrome and the back is brass, so it’s a mixed finish. Fine for a functional setup.

Option 2

Custom Copper Look

Uses a press tee with standard plumbing valves for the diverter. The saddle and shower head in the example below are both custom ordered-in items — giving a clean all-copper look throughout.

Option 3

Full Copper Aesthetic

For a full copper aesthetic, shower heads are available through specialist suppliers. Instead of a hand shower, we can run copper pipe to a fixed shower head — a push-fit copper joiner allows the spout to swivel if needed.
