TM Pro Plumbing recently completed a full stormwater installation at a commercial property in Arncliffe. The business was having issues with water pooling in the rear parking area, especially during heavy rain. To resolve this properly, we designed and installed a durable drainage solution built to withstand vehicle traffic and handle stormwater effectively.
We began by concrete cutting as needed to create access for new pipework. Along the rear fence line, we laid new stormwater pipes on a sewer-grade fall to ensure smooth flow and long-term performance. We chose to use heavy-duty concrete pits with matching heavy-duty grates that vehicles can safely drive over. Even though the trench area is not intended for regular vehicle use due to compaction, the client wanted peace of mind – so we installed durable materials that could handle the occasional car crossing without issue.
All pits and grates were professionally installed and aligned for clean drainage and safe access. We also installed temporary fencing around the work area during the job to keep it secure and safe from foot or vehicle traffic.
The job included full rubbish removal, site clean-up, and reinstatement where needed. From start to finish, we managed the entire stormwater upgrade, leaving the site clean, safe, and fully functional.
